When will my order ship?
Our usual processing time is 3 - 4 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
Where is Papergame located?
We are an online store based in the U.S. All orders will be dispatched from our studio in Pennsylvania, USA.
Do you accept cancellations?
Yes we do. We accept cancellations any time before your order is shipped. Pre-orders: please note that we are not able to cancel pre-ordered items once the pre-order period has ended.
Do you accept returns?
After receiving your order, we offer a 14 day return guarantee for any reason. All items returned in their original condition will receive a full refund. Please kindly note that customers are responsible for return shipping on non-damaged items.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we have special rates available for retailers wishing to purchase wholesale from us. Feel free to email us for more information.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Our usual processing time is one week from the day an order is placed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
When will an order containing pre-ordered items ship?
Orders containing pre-ordered items will ship when all pre-ordered items have arrived. Please be sure to separate your order if you would like to regular items shipped separately.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! we ship to all countries serviced by USPS.
How long does shipping to ____ take?
Here are the approximate transit times for each region (after an order is dispatched):
USA: 2 - 5 business days
Canada & Mexico: 7 - 12 business days
Europe: 7 - 21 business days
Central & South America: 15 - 21 business days
Middle East & Africa: 15 - 21 business days
Asia & Pacific Islands: 15 - 21 business days

Will I need to pay duties, taxes, or customs fees?
Orders mailed outside of the United States may incur additional taxes and fees collected by the recipient country's local tax authorities. Please consult your local government or customs authorities for details. Papergame is not responsible for collecting and remitting these fees.
